5. Payment Terms
All charges for services are outlined in individual agreements with clients.
Payment is due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Delays in payment may result in service suspension or additional late fees, unless previously arranged.
In the event of cancellation by the Client, refunds may be subject to deductions based on the services rendered.
6. Delivery Terms
Ports2Docks aims to provide timely deliveries, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to variables beyond our control, such as customs clearance, regulatory issues, or third-party delays.
In the event of a delay, Ports2Docks will take reasonable steps to mitigate impact and will notify the Client promptly.
7. Last-Mile Services
For last-mile deliveries, Ports2Docks partners with trusted logistics providers across South India. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on third-party carrier performance.
While Ports2Docks monitors the quality of service, we are not liable for delays or performance issues caused by third-party partners.
8. Risk and Insurance
Risk of damage or loss to goods passes to the Client once the goods leave our facilities or the facilities of our partners.
Clients are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance for high-value goods. Ports2Docks does not assume liability for loss or damage to uninsured goods while in transit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ports2Docks shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.
Delays or failure in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or third-party carrier failures.
Any loss, damage, or delay caused by improper packaging or handling of goods by third parties not affiliated with Ports2Docks.
10. Customs and Regulations Compliance
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with applicable customs laws and regulatory requirements. Ports2Docks will assist with necessary documentation but will not be held liable for fines, delays, or penalties due to non-compliance by the Client.
11. Termination

Upon termination, any outstanding balances for services rendered must be paid. Ports2Docks reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of terms by the Client.
12. Intellectual Property
